A load bank is a simulating load test equipment used for generators, UPS, battery banks ect power systems load test.

CONSTRUCTION

• Galvanized Steel are Utilzed for superior heat deflection and corrosion protection
• Maintenance doors allows easy access to each separate panel for control, switchgear and power connections.
• Stainless Steel mesh screens of main air inlet and outlet t protect hazardous parts access.

PROTECTION

• Emergency stop gives full isolation of the fan and control supply.
• The fan motor is fully protected with breaker and a thermal overload.
• Over temperature detector are fitted to protect against overheating in the resistive duct, switchgear panel and panel.
• Cooling fan fault detector is used to monitor fan working status and air flow direction.
• Each step load and its associated contactor are protected by a mini breaker.

ELEMENTS

• Stainless steel tube resistor with wind cooling which are insulated with heavy-duty, high temperature ceramic insulators.
