The Solution
Generation Synchronisation using heavy duty Denyo-Powered Generators
Blue Diamond Machinery provided 2 Denyo-Powered DCA150ESK generators with ComAp500 controllers for synchronisation. Generator synchronisation enabled Water Corporation to run the project while ensuring optimal load management, reliability and efficiency. It also omitted the risk of power disruption, delays and heavy fuel costs.
Blue Diamond Machinery also completed a series of in-house upgrades, including a smoke/fire sensor, fuel supply 3 way valve, 110% steel bund with fork lift points, battery isolate, fire extingusihers, 2 x emergency stops, 4 hours of FAT testing and heavy duty AGM River batteries. They also provided micro-switches on each door opening, fabricated and fitted a Long Range Belly Tank, water separating fuel filter, all threaded fuel fittings and mechanical fuel shut off on fire detection in canopy.

The installation of the generators running in sync ensured the site had the convenience of unlimited power without the heavy burden of dealing with a costly fuel economy.
