The opening of the Clean Energy & Engineering Hub in Henderson marks the next stage in the companies push for innovation and commitment to powering a cleaner future.

Blue Diamond Machinery celebrated the opening of our new Clean Energy & Engineering Hub in Henderson, Western Australia. This new, state of the art facility enables us to deliver customised engineering and fabrication solutions to the mining and construction sector, Australia-wide.

Our Henderson facility is dedicated to the servicing and distribution of our Net Zero Equipment, off-grid and traditional power solutions. We can tailor a complete turnkey power solution to meet the unique compliance and power specifications of your mine site or construction project.

The facility boasts a dedicated and highly skilled team of in-house mechanical technicians, boilermakers, welders and sheet metal workers. Our fabrication and welding services include all aspects of carbon steel and pressure welding, CNC laser cutting and sandblasting. All welding resources have qualified to welding code AS1554.1

The facility brings with it capabilities for the manufacturing of both structural, fixed assemblies and mobile rapid deployment modules. Structural assemblies are designed, engineered and built to AS4100 for the environment they are intended to be used. As well as capability to manufacture pressure pipes for water management to AS4041 and in house hydrostatic pressure test equipment.

Our mechanical technicians carry out pre-delivery, uplift, fault diagnosis and repairs across a range of mining and construction equipment. We can assist with ADR compliance for mobile equipment, skid mounting and trailer packages to ensure safety standards and compliance specifications are met.
